Pula Golf Resort
Golf was founded in 1995 and completely redesigned by José María Olazábal between 2004 and 2006 in order to satisfy the demands of international and professional golf. It has been transformed into a large and neat golf course, par 72 of 6.246m where 14 of the 18 holes give view to the green from the tee and the remaining 4, from the 2nd stroke. Par 70 for professionals.
Pula Golf has a large Driving-Range of two levels, one of them is covered and two Putting-Greens. As well offered is a Shortgame-Area including 3 pitching Greens and a large Chipping-Green to practice all varieties of shots around the greens. Pula Golf offers a broad calendar of amateur tournaments and among its services, it counts with a Golf Academy run by Jaime Artiach.
Pula Golf has become the scene of very important events like the PGA European Tour Championships Mallorca, Mallorca Skin Games or Olazábal & Nadal Invitational, among others.
Bourdy, Hanson, Jiménez, Gonzalo Fernández Castaño, Álvaro Quirós, Olazábal, Darren Clarke, Molinari, Kaymer, Canonicca, Sergio García… are some of the great personalities that have played in Pula Golf.
Canyamel Golf
We offer our best to you, the greens, each one with its characteristics, some with sea view. Enjoy a natural environment, typical Majorcan, in the centre of two important tourist areas, Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor.
In the Northeast of the island of Majorca, with 6,185 meters it stands out for being one of its most picturesque courses. A 18 holes par-73 course, created in 1988 by the golf architect José Gancedo, fully respecting and preserving the natural environment and its orography. Two holes with the greatest difficulty, as hole 9, par-4, with the peculiarity of a stone hut in the middle that complicates playing its 320 metres with 4 strokes, and hole 2, also par-4, long distance and undulated. Worth mentioning also there is hole 4 with views on the sea and even the island of Minorca, or the gorgeous hole 18 with triple “piano” undulation, which can be observed from the terrace of the Club House, as if it was an auditorium open towards the mountains.
